Phensidyl, ganja recovered in factory inside jail compound

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) recovered 100 small packets of ganja and 10 bottles of Phensidyl from a blanket factory inside the compound of Dhaka Central Jail last night. They also arrested three outsiders from the factory run by one Belal who took up a lease on the factory. The arrestees are Delwar, Shafiqur Islam and Kajal Mia. Acting on tip-off, a team of Rab-10 raided the factory at around 11:00pm. Although the jail authorities leased the factory, general people, except workers, are not allowed into the factory as it is located inside the boundary wall of the jail.
