We welcome Gen Moeen's categorical assertion
We congratulate Army Chief Gen Moeen on becoming a 4-star general, and commend him for his unambiguous statement to editors of newspapers ruling out takeover of power by the military or their involvement in politics. He reasserted, as we expected, that army was subservient to civil authority and has only come forward in aid of it.
