Kamruzzaman Moni honoured
Sargam, a monthly cultural magazine, honoured Ustad Kamru-zzaman Moni, a veteran tabla player on his 81st birthday on May 22, says a press release. The programme was held at the National Press Club. Artiste Mafizul Islam was the chief guest while former secretary, Ataul Karim was present as the special guest. Editor of the Sargam, Kazi Rownak Hossain, was also present at the occasion. A cultural event followed the ceremony.
