New chairman of Prime Bank
Azam J Chowdhury has been elected chairman of Prime Bank Ltd for two-year term with effect from June 1, 2007.Chairman of East Coast Group, a leading business house, Chowdhury is also the chairman of Bangladesh-Norway Chamber of Commerce & Industry, says a press release. Besides, he is vice president of Bangladesh Energy Companies Association and a director of Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd.
