Mutual Trust Bank approves 20pc cash, 5pc stock dividends
Mutual Trust Bank Ltd has approved a 20 percent cash dividend and a 5 percent stock dividend for the year 2006.The approval came at the eighth annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the bank Syed Manzur Elahi presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors Arif Dowla, MA Rouf, MA Malek, Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, Yasmeen Haque, Anjan Chowdhury, Kh Rashiduzzaman and Nasir Ullah, Sponsor Shareholder Samson H Chowdhury, Managing Director Kazi Md Shafiqur Rahman and senior officials among others.
