Security guard dies in rooftop fall at Mirpur

A 17-year-old boy died after falling from the roof of a five-story building at Borobagh at Mirpur in the city yesterday.The dead was identified as Mohammad Mozzammel, security guard of the residence. Sources said, Mozzammel went to the roof at around 12:30pm and fell to the ground. The residents of the house rushed him to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where the on-duty doctor declared him dead. Fazle Rabbi, owner of the house, said he does not know how he fell from the rooftop. An unnatural death case was filed with the Mirpur Police Station in this connection.
