Woman killed in road crash
Amena Begum, mother of Ruhul Gani Jyoti, a senior reporter of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS), was killed in a road accident at Barabari in Lalmonirhat on Tuesday at the age of 72, says a press release.Dhaka Reporter Unity (DRU) President Alamgir Hossain and General Secretary Shahed Chowdhury expressed deep shock at her death. They prayed for salvation of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to members of the bereaved family.
