BOC declares 70pc dividend
BOC Bangladesh Ltd has declared dividend at the rate of 70 percent i.e. Tk7 per ordinary share for the year 2006.The announcement came at the 34th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held yesterday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company M Syeduzzaman, directors NEA Shibly, M Farashuddin and Azizur Rashid, and Managing Director WR Bhuiyan, among others, were present at the AGM.
