The case was filed with Gazipur District and Sessions Judge's Court, as Crown Wares Ltd, situated in BSCIC industrial area at East Konabari in Gazipur, did not pay outstanding gas bill amounting to Tk 21,33,558 to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company.

Hannan Shah, adviser to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, is the managing director of the company.
