Birth centenary of Qazi Md Idris today
Today is the birth centenary of Qazi Mohammad Idris, an eminent journalist, litterateur, teacher and organiser, says a press release. He was born on this day in 1906 at Munshipara in Rangpur. On the occasion, Qazi Mohammad Idris Birth Centenary Observance Council will hold a discussion which will be followed by a cultural programme at 4:00pm at National Museum auditorium in the city tomorrow. Prof Kabir Chowdhury will chair the occasion.
