Chehlum
Chehlum of Novera Deepita, a reporter of The Daily Star, will be held at the residence of her eldest brother at Dhanmondi in the city after Maghrib prayers tomorrow, says a press release.A bright journalist with shining academic records, Novera committed suicide at her residence on July 27. She had been suffering from schizophrenia. She is survived by her husband, Harun-ur-Rashid, a sub-editor of The Daily Star, parents, two brothers and a sister. Relatives, friends and well-wishers have been requested to attend the chehlum.
