Explosion of fireworks, crackers banned

Carrying of all types of firearms, explosives and other harmful objects, and exploding fireworks and crackers in the city from 6:00pm tomorrow have been banned until further order to maintain the sanctity of Shab-e-Barat.The Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has imposed the restriction under the DMP Ordinance on the eve of Shab-e-Barat to be observed in the country tomorrow.
