September 07, 2006       Business Dollar regains Afp, Tokyo The dollar regained some ground in Asian trade Wednesday as the market adjusted positions ahead of a Bank of Japan meeting on interest rates later in the week, dealers said. The dollar firmed to 116.43 yen in Tokyo afternoon trade from 116.03 in late New York trade Tuesday. The euro dipped to 1.2814 dollars from 1.2820 while rising to 149.18 yen from 148.78.
