Saarc secretary general arrives

Saarc Secretary General Lyonpo Chenkyab Dorji arrived at Dhaka yesterday, a day ahead of the arrival of Saarc senior officials to attend the two-day meeting of the Programming Committee.Dorji arrived in the city in the afternoon, a foreign ministry official said.
