Wright, Ganguly were at odds!

India's former cricket coach John Wright has acknowledged that he was at times at odds with Sourav Ganguly but it all was aimed at making him a better captain."Sourav and I are great friends. We are an odd couple sometimes. He is the captain and my job is to make him a better captain and hopefully that is what we have worked towards," Wright said in an interview in the latest issue of the magazine the Week. "...There are times when I have probably given him tactical advice and he has done the opposite and it has worked. So, at the end of the day I always felt that the captain is the man in charge," said Wright who relinquished the job after the recent Indo-Pak series. Wright says he will return home a satisfied man after giving his best for a side which is "the most wonderful team in world cricket to watch."
