How effective is our JS?

In any country the parliament i.e. the legislative authority plays a pivotal role in determining people's fate. But in Bangladesh the situation is different.Are our lawmakers making laws for our people or are they using JS as a 'battlefield' only? Each time following election the losers term it flawed The people who cast their votes with high expectations for electing MPs are being deceived, as the parties attach no importance to their problems.
