Cadets of 24th and 25th batches of Chittagong Marine Fisheries Academy (CMFA) yesterday put the office and residence of the principal under lock and key demanding his immediate removal. The angry cadets also staged a sit-in and observed a token hunger strike at the parade ground of the academy to press home their demands. Members of Marine Fisheries Ex-Cadet's Association broke the hunger strike by offering water to the participants in the afternoon. Security has been tightened on the academy premises.
