CU Arts faculty Bldg on Verge of Collapse
Teachers observe strike today

Arts faculty teachers of Chittagong University (CU) will observe a daylong work abstention today demanding immediate renovation of the decade-old faculty building.Some 165 teachers of 10 departments will take part in the programme to press home their demand. The faculty building is on the verge of collapse. Around 5,000 students are attending their classes with great anxiety as the building may collapse at any moment resulting huge loss of lives.
