Rafiqul replaces Manu

Former national cricketers Tanjib Ahsan Saad and Rafiqul Alam have been included in the disciplinary and technical committee of the Premier Division Cricket League for the 2004-05 season. Rafiq, the former dashing right-hander, replaces Mahmudul Haque Manu, a former Board official who refused to sit on the five-member committee. The other members are league committee chairman Khondokar Jamiluddin, secretary Jamil A Sattar and umpire's committee secretary Sailab Hossain Tutul.
