RC Cola will be the title sponsor of next month's three-match one-day series between Bangladesh and New Zealand.The popular soft drink of Partex Beverage won the sponsorship right for a handsome amount worth 35,000 dollars. BCB's Zimbabwean CEO Macky Dudhia and Managing Director of Partex Beverage Rubel Aziz signed an agreement at a local hotel yesterday. Dudhia told reporter afterwards that the Board had struck a package deal totalling more than 100,000 dollars with the beverage company, which is also interested to sponsor future one-day series in the country. BCB's Commercial Committee chairman Aziz Al Kaiser, brother of Rubel Aziz, was also present. "Partex will also provide us a range of products during a 19-month deal which will cover supplying of mineral water for our national teams and the high profile training units whenever we have a camp," said Dudhia adding that the contract expires in April, 2006. Partex will also award cash prizes for man of the match and man of the series for the one-day series. Meanwhile, the Board is expected to sign another agreement today with the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel as the title sponsor for the two-match Test series.
