Latest venture of The Social Harmony Project

It was a sight for the 500 children who were greeted by a custom made pot, big enough to cook an elephant, where Tommy Miah was cooking the world's largest quantity of halim! For the first time ever in Bangladesh, the Social Harmony Project organised such an event. The venue was Wonderland, the theme park in Gulshan. It was a sight to see children from the underprivileged schools having a simple fun day out in the park, enjoying the free rides and food. The UN World Food Program sponsored the occasion. This UN body claims that they undertook the responsibility of feeding around 700 underprivileged school children by providing them cookies filled with 75 per cent of the nutrients required for a growing child. The directors of the Social Harmony Project, Alehandro Escalona and Cliff Bouchu, asserted that the image of Bangladesh should change in the global community. 'We'll be taking 19 children to Havana, where they will be able to enjoy their achievements and practice their talents amongst children from all the other countries and represent a positive Bangladesh,' remarked Cliff. 'These children here are just enjoying a day out,' Alehandro added. 'Mind you, it's not a 'poor children's day out' or anything of such sort. They are our guests today and in a while they'll be eating the halim specially cooked for them by the Royal chef Tommy Miah.' 'I know what it feels to be poor,' said Tommy Miah, considered to be one of the best chefs in the world. 'I had approached the Social Harmony Project and offered my services for these children. In a while, the halim will be served to everyone here.' Tommy Miah also mentioned that he intends to get a place in the Guinness Book of World Records with the cooking of this world's largest quantity of halim! Various organisations came together to contribute their might to the function. Scholastica provided the transport for the children, while Palma Group sponsored the event. Agora came up with buckets filled with ingredients and mixes required to cook the world's largest halim. The NGO Save the Children was also present at the event. Young boys from the Boy Scouts Federation were actively helping out and looking out for the children. The Red Crescent was also present ready to undertake any kind of mishaps and small times injuries amongst the children. 'We celebrate International Children's Day,' remarked Alehandro. 'Why not just celebrate Children Everyday?'
