The officer-in-charge of Rajnagar thana told this corespondent that, 31 people were accused in the case.

After investigation, police submitted charge sheet against 23 of them.

Thirteen of the 23 were arrested and the rest 10 are absconding since the murder.

Four persons including a school boy were killed in gunshots by rivals over a theft at a nursery at the Kashmir village in Fatehpur union in Rajnagar upozila on September 28 last year.

They were Md Lulu Miah, 32, Farid Miah, 18, Md Ripon, 18 and Faysal, 12.
