Morshed leaves for NY to attend UNGA session


Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan left Dhaka yesterday for New York to attend the 58th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

During his two-week stay in New York, the foreign minister is scheduled to hold 15 bilateral meetings with his counterparts from different countries.

He is also scheduled to meet President of Senegal Abdoulaye Wade, Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and the president of the 58th Session of the UNGA.
