NFL resumes today
Battle between Motijheel sides

Defending champions Mohamme-dan Sporting Club take on Arambagh Krira Sangha as the 'Super Six' phase of the Nitol-Tata Third National Football League resumes today after a day's recess.

The battle of the two Motijheel-based clubs kicks off at 4.30pm at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur. State-run Bangladesh Television will provide live coverage of the match.

A win today will confirm the popular black and whites a place in the semifinals while Arambagh will also be looking for win in the match if they are to keep any hope of progressing alive.

Arambagh have already lost their first game in this phase against Muktijoddha Sangsad.

On the other hand, this is Mohammedan's first outing. Their arch-rivals Abahani have qualified for the last four with a 1-0 win over Chittagong Mohammedan on Wednesday.
